RETURNS, REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
No, but you might be qualified for a reimbursement. Please see the section titled "CAN I GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT?" below. Section. It is against our policy to accept returns of our consumable, perishable products unless they have been specifically requested. The La Carniceria Meat Market does not accept refunds that are not permitted. If an unauthorized return is received, La Carniceria Meat Market is not responsible for refunding any shipping charges associated with the unauthorized return.
CAN I GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT?
La Carniceria Meat Market goes to great lengths to produce the greatest and highest quality products on the market. However, if you are not completely pleased with your purchase, please get in touch with us at customer-service@lacarniceriameatmarket.com within 24 hours of receiving it so we may address your issues and, if required, find a suitable solution.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
First, double-check your bank account if you haven't already received a refund.
Then contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be formally posted.
Next, get in touch with your bank. There is frequently some processing time before a refund is posted.
After doing the aforementioned steps and have not received your refund. Please contact us at customer-service@lacarniceriameatmarket.com to request your refund.
RESTRICTIONS ON REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS
Yes. The following restrictions apply:
Refunds will be issued in the same amount and using the same payment method as the initial order.
Refunds only apply to purchases made at Lacarniceriameatmarket.com, and not those where La Carniceria’s products are purchased through any of our retailer partners.
La Carniceria does not provide refunds or replacements for orders submitted at Lacarniceriameatmarket.com under the following circumstances:
The order cannot be delivered and/or arrives late as a result of the consumer's erroneous, invalid, or incomplete address.
The shipping business is the sole culprit for delivery issues.
Weather-related issues affect or delay delivery.
Products that have been successfully delivered are handled or kept incorrectly.
The recipient refuses a delivery or shipment, and/or it is returned to La Carniceria without permission.
The item was delivered to the right address but was stolen or disappeared from the location.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. If you could get in touch with us right away, we'll try to cancel your order. If you request a cancellation after 5 PM Pacific Standard Time, La Carniceria will try our best to abide by your request. However, we won't be able to cancel an order if it has already been packaged or dispatched. CAN I ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS TO MY ORDER?
No. Unfortunately, modifying your order will almost always necessitate canceling the entire original order and placing a new one since adding or removing goods would change the amount to be charged. The expense of your own shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from any refunds issued if you obtain one.
The time it takes for your exchanged merchandise to arrive at your shipping address may vary.
If the merchandise being shipped costs more than $75, you might want to use a trackable shipping service or get shipping insurance. We make no guarantees about receiving your returned goods.
